Job description
The Parts Sales Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing store sales and cultivating a high-achieving team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing operations, developing team members, and carrying out store management tasks in alignment with the Store Manager’s direction. Applicants should exhibit strong leadership qualities, integrity, and adept decision-making capabilities, as well as the flexibility to work full-time, including nights and weekends. While prior experience in automotive retail is advantageous, having Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is viewed favorably.
