**Job Title: Parts Sales Manager**
The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing store sales performance and cultivating a high-achieving team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. This position encompasses managing operations, developing team members, and assisting the store manager in daily retail tasks. Applicants should exhibit strong leadership capabilities, integrity, and sound decision-making skills, as well as the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior experience in automotive retail is advantageous, and having an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is considered beneficial.
