This position entails overseeing operations and assisting the store manager in managing daily retail functions and team growth. Ideal candidates should exhibit robust leadership qualities, integrity, and strong decision-making abilities, along with the capacity to maintain a flexible full-time schedule that includes nights and weekends. Experience in automotive retail is advantageous, and fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
