**Parts Sales Manager**
The Parts Sales Manager is tasked with leading sales efforts within the store and cultivating a top-performing team to guarantee outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, nurturing team growth, and achieving store objectives in collaboration with the Store Manager. Applicants should exhibit strong leadership qualities, a commitment to integrity, and the capacity to maintain a flexible full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Prior experience in automotive retail and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification are advantageous.
