**Parts Sales Manager**
The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing sales outcomes while cultivating a high-achieving team focused on delivering outstanding customer service. This position encompasses overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and contributing to the store’s commitment to offer reliable automotive solutions. Applicants should showcase robust leadership qualities, a high degree of integrity, and effective decision-making abilities, along with the flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in automotive retail and possession of ASE certification are highly advantageous for this role.
