**Club Enablement Lead**
The Club Enablement Lead is responsible for implementing new tools and processes and managing the onboarding and training of associates to guarantee consistency in operations. They cultivate a collaborative, people-centric atmosphere by offering coaching, mentorship, and support, which enhances associate engagement and retention. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, including proficiency in operating front-end equipment, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
