Job Summary
The primary role involves leading a variety of interactive activities aimed at enhancing the daily experiences of residents. This includes organizing painting sessions, board games, card games, physical exercises, and fostering engaging conversations. The objective is to cultivate a welcoming community atmosphere that contributes positively to the residents’ overall quality of life.

- Facilitate and lead activities such as painting, board games, card games, and exercise sessions.
- Encourage conversations and social interactions among residents.
- Create an inviting and enjoyable community environment for all residents.
- Support and enhance the quality of life of residents through meaningful engagement.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to suitable candidates.
