The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care under the supervision of physicians and management. This role includes preparing patients for examinations and offering assistance throughout various treatment procedures. Additionally, the Licensed Practical Nurse coordinates necessary tests, oversees follow-up care, and ensures accurate documentation of all treatments in the medical records. Applicants are required to have a Practical or Vocational Nursing Diploma and a valid, active LPN license in the State of Georgia. A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association must also be obtained before the start date.
