**Job Title: Supervisor of Medicaid and Medicare Data Management**
The Supervisor will manage the submission and reconciliation processes for Medicaid and Medicare encounter data, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and operational effectiveness. This role involves guiding a team of technical associates while thoroughly analyzing data trends to pinpoint the underlying causes of discrepancies and facilitating process enhancements. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid claims processing, along with 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong skills in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel are essential, and knowledge of healthcare warehouse systems such as Edifecs or Optum is required.
