**Job Title: Patient Access Lead Representative**
The Patient Access Lead Representative is responsible for supervising shift operations, managing the patient registration process, and ensuring the accuracy of financial clearance and the revenue cycle. This role involves providing leadership to team members, addressing complex patient interactions, and partnering with department leaders to enhance operational efficiency. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have 2-4 years of experience in a medical or insurance environment, with a preference for those who have supervisory experience. Essential qualifications include proficiency in computer software, excellent customer service abilities, and availability to work night shifts.
