Job description
**Job Title:** Patient Access Navigator
The Patient Access Navigator is responsible for conducting patient intake, assessing eligibility for programs, and overseeing the processes of registration and insurance verification. This role also includes coordinating referrals and ensuring the accurate maintenance of patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Candidates should possess an associate degree or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of one year of direct, full-time front office experience in a healthcare environment. Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of medical terminology, familiarity with insurance programs such as Medicaid and Medicare, and proficient computer skills.
