**Patient Access Rep II**
The Patient Access Rep II is responsible for managing initial patient registration processes, which include verifying insurance details, scheduling appointments, and providing financial guidance. This role is essential in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while keeping patient records precise and assisting in the collection of any financial responsibilities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare or customer service. Candidates must be knowledgeable in insurance procedures, exhibit strong communication abilities, and maintain a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
