**Job Title: Patient Access Representative**
The Patient Access Representative plays a crucial role in the pre-admission and registration processes for outpatient services, as well as the onboarding of inpatient admissions within the facility. This position requires delivering exceptional service to patients, their families, and hospital personnel while effectively managing tasks both autonomously and with oversight. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have between 3 months to 1 year of experience in settings such as acute care, urgent care, or clinics. A solid grasp of medical terminology, along with strong organizational and communication abilities, is essential for success in this role.
