The Patient Access Representative is responsible for overseeing patient scheduling, registration, and verifying insurance information through electronic systems such as EPIC. Additionally, this role includes handling financial collections, acquiring essential documentation, and operating the hospital switchboard. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED and have a valid driver’s license for the state of Ohio. A minimum of six months of experience in a clerical or customer service position is essential.
