**Job Title: Patient Admissions Coordinator**
The Patient Admissions Coordinator acts as the initial point of contact for patients, guiding them compassionately and efficiently as they embark on their healthcare journey. This role involves expertly navigating intricate healthcare processes, verifying insurance information, and ensuring precise documentation to create a seamless admission experience. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a patient access or business office environment, along with a solid understanding of medical terminology and billing codes. A preference will be given to candidates with an associate’s degree in healthcare or business administration, and proficiency in using Epic applications is essential.
