**Patient Appointment Scheduler**
The Patient Appointment Scheduler is responsible for organizing patient appointments, confirming insurance eligibility, and handling referrals, all while keeping precise patient records. This position acts as the main contact for patients, facilitating effective scheduling and ensuring professional correspondence. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with demonstrated experience in a healthcare or customer service environment. Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical record systems is essential, as are excellent organizational and communication abilities.
