This role also entails the upkeep of patient confidentiality and the verification of insurance coverage and authorization requirements.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Strong customer service skills paired with excellent organizational abilities.
- Competency in medical reception tasks and clinic procedures.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
