The Patient Care Technician plays a vital role in delivering direct patient support and care, ensuring both comfort and a seamless continuum of care within the medical-surgical unit. This position involves undertaking assigned clinical and administrative tasks while maintaining effective collaboration with the healthcare team. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with prior clinical experience or a CNA certification being advantageous. It is essential for applicants to complete Basic Life Support and additional required training programs before commencing independent duties.
