**Job Title: Collection Specialist**
The Collection Specialist plays a crucial role in the proactive oversight and collection of accounts receivable to achieve revenue objectives while fostering positive relationships with clients. This position also entails handling billing questions, generating financial reports, and supporting daily cash deposits and receipts. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial collections within a professional services setting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates must possess strong Excel skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
