The Patient Care Technician provides nursing care under the direction of an RN or LPN, including assisting with activities of daily living and monitoring patient conditions. They are responsible for measuring vital signs, documenting patient data, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for patients. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and have completed a PCT, CNA, or equivalent training program. Current CPR certification is required, and previous hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
