**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician delivers direct, hands-on dialysis assistance to individuals experiencing end-stage renal disease, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities involve tracking patient vital signs, ensuring dialysis machinery is operating correctly, and providing education to patients regarding kidney health. Applicants are required to have completed an accredited high school program, obtained a GED, or possess an equivalent qualification. This position demands physical endurance for extended shifts and a willingness to work with blood, needles, and medical devices.
