**Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician delivers direct, hands-on dialysis support to individuals suffering from end-stage renal disease, working closely under the direction of a registered nurse (RN). Key responsibilities entail monitoring vital signs, ensuring the proper functioning of dialysis equipment, and engaging with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Applicants should have a recognized high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. This position demands physical endurance for extended shifts and the capacity to work a varied schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
