**Job Title: Patient Care Assistant**
The Patient Care Assistant delivers both direct and indirect care to patients, operating under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role includes executing care plans and aiding patients with daily living activities. Responsibilities also encompass performing clinical tasks such as conducting ECGs, carrying out venipuncture, placing IVs, and monitoring vital signs, all while ensuring a safe environment for patients. Applicants must have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with the successful completion of a medical assistant, nursing aide, or EMT training program. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar patient care position is required, as well as a valid Basic Life Support certification.
