Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will collaborate with a diverse team to facilitate care for patients at high risk and oversee transitions among various care environments. Responsibilities include performing clinical evaluations, delivering patient education, and confirming adherence to care pathways specific to various diseases. Applicants should be graduates from an accredited nursing program and possess a valid RN license for the state. It is essential to have at least three to five years of nursing experience along with BLS certification.
