Job description
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in directing store operations, which includes staff supervision, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position also entails oversight of financial aspects, such as budgeting, analyzing sales, and ensuring the store remains profitable. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in retail. The position demands the capacity to work 50 hours a week, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and computer skills.
