**Job Title: Patient Concierge**
The Patient Concierge is responsible for being the initial contact for patients, overseeing front desk activities including welcoming visitors, coordinating appointments, and verifying insurance information. Additionally, this role offers administrative assistance and includes cross-training to handle fundamental back-office dental tasks. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be skilled in Microsoft Office software. Experience in customer service is essential, and prior experience in dental office management along with relevant certifications is advantageous.
