Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to connect with referred patients through both incoming and outgoing calls. The primary focus will be to inform them about sleep testing and assist in scheduling their appointments. This role emphasizes the importance of documenting all interactions accurately in CRM systems and working closely with internal teams to enhance the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with referred patients via inbound and outbound calls to provide education on sleep testing.
- Assist patients in the scheduling process for their appointments.
- Ensure all patient interactions are documented in CRM systems for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth patient journey.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in handling objections effectively.
