Job description
The Patient Service Representative plays a key role in welcoming patients, overseeing demographic and insurance data, and facilitating a smooth patient experience. This role includes addressing billing questions, coordinating appointment scheduling, and keeping electronic health records up to date. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service abilities, organizational skills, and effective time management. Prior experience in a medical office is not necessary for this position.
