**Job Title: Patient Services Representative**
The Patient Services Representative serves as the initial contact for patients, tasked with welcoming, guiding, and scheduling appointments for visitors. This role also facilitates communication between patients and the support team by handling patient records and ensuring the organization of office documentation and correspondence. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma along with two to three years of experience in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary, and familiarity with insurance providers and medical terminology is advantageous.
