**Job Title: Patient Services Representative**
The Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in welcoming patients, overseeing surgical documentation, and organizing schedules in collaboration with surgical and anesthesia personnel. Additional responsibilities include assembling medical records, maintaining specimen logs, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Applicants should hold a High School Diploma or GED and exhibit strong organizational and communication abilities. Experience in a hospital or ophthalmology environment is advantageous.
