Job description
**Payroll/HR Specialist**
The Payroll/HR Specialist is responsible for overseeing both domestic and international payroll procedures in addition to performing essential HR tasks such as managing employee records, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the onboarding process. This role also contributes to the wider People team by assisting with recruitment efforts, fostering employee relations, and promoting safety initiatives. Applicants should possess over 5 years of relevant experience in payroll and HR, demonstrate expertise in payroll software, and have intermediate skills in Excel. A minimum of an associate’s degree in Business or HR is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree and payroll certification will be viewed favorably.
