**Job Title: Payroll Services Representative**
The Payroll Services Representative will oversee payroll functions by addressing customer inquiries, compiling payroll information, and detecting discrepancies through the use of AI-driven tools. This role requires partnership with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and support the ongoing enhancement of service operations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, customer service, or a similar area, along with excellent attention to detail and proficiency with software. A strong customer-oriented approach and the capability to manage confidential information sensitively are critical for achieving success in this position.
