Job description
**Job Title: Retail Banking Customer Service Representative**
Deliver outstanding customer service within a retail banking setting by handling teller transactions and overseeing vault operations. Support clients in establishing and managing different deposit accounts, while directing them to internal financial specialists when necessary. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or cash handling. A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates should embody the bank’s fundamental values of being driven, dedicated, and engaged.
