**Job Title: Personal Banker**
The Personal Banker is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting in the operational functions of the branch, which entails handling transactions and overseeing cash drawers. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with team members to meet the bank’s goals and directing clients to suitable financial services. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for those holding an associate degree. A background of 1-2 years in a related field, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, is essential.
