This role includes overseeing the entire project cost control process, from the initial budget creation and vendor negotiations to the final accounting and post-contract audits. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, or a similar discipline. A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent cost management experience within the construction sector is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in construction consultancy.
