Job description
**Job Title:** Customer Relationship Specialist
Foster enduring relationships with clients via proactive communication and engaging discussions focused on enhancing their financial health. Oversee daily banking activities such as account setups, service inquiries, and cash management while ensuring adherence to operational regulations. A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or related training is required. Applicants should be proficient with digital tools and be available to work on Saturdays.
