**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
Deliver individualized personal care to patients within their residences, supporting their independence. Prioritize patient safety and adhere to the agency’s policies and guidelines. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to working 44 hours each week. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory for this role.
