Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee personal injury cases from their start to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies and monitoring the progress of each case.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from initiation to resolution.
- Develop and execute case strategies.
- Handle motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and prepare for trial.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload.
