Job Summary
A Paralegal specializing in personal injury cases is needed to oversee case management from the moment of complaint filing all the way through to trial proceedings. This role is essential in supporting the legal team and ensuring that all aspects of the litigation are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Draft various litigation documents necessary for personal injury cases.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions as required throughout the process.
- Manage and track court deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trial by gathering relevant information and documentation.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of California court procedures and discovery processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain case files and manage timelines efficiently.
