Job Summary
The Sales Associate will act as a reliable consultant for Fetch, promoting and selling pet insurance policies directly at partner venues. This position is focused on fostering customer loyalty and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Transform potential customers into dedicated clients through effective sales techniques.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with partner team members.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an animal care position.
- Possession of or willingness to acquire a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Availability to work during peak times, particularly Friday to Sunday.
