This role includes overseeing training records, ensuring compliance, and working together with management to enhance training methods and operational benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years in program or project monitoring and evaluation, with the possibility of substituting a bachelor’s degree for two years of this experience. Expertise in pharmacy operations, knowledge of aseptic techniques, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.
