**Job Title: Pharmacy Centralized Trainer**
The Pharmacy Centralized Trainer is responsible for organizing and implementing training initiatives for pharmacy personnel and students, focusing on evaluations of aseptic techniques as well as compounding skills. This role includes overseeing training records, ensuring compliance, and working together with management to enhance training methods and operational benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years in program or project monitoring and evaluation, with the possibility of substituting a bachelor’s degree for two years of this experience. Expertise in pharmacy operations, knowledge of aseptic techniques, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.
