Job Title: Pharmacist Leader
The role of the pharmacist leader entails overseeing various elements of pharmacy operations, encompassing financial management, inventory oversight, and the professional growth of staff members. It is essential for this position to guarantee adherence to applicable state and federal regulations while executing clinically approved services from corporate and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Applicants are required to have either a Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized U.S. institution and must hold a pharmacist license that is active and in good standing. A minimum of two years’ experience in retail pharmacy is necessary, along with proven leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
