**Phlebotomist**
The role of the phlebotomist involves carrying out venipuncture for blood collections, handling the processing of laboratory specimens, and ensuring precise entry of orders into medical systems. Additionally, it is crucial for them to prioritize patient safety, comply with regulatory guidelines, and deliver outstanding customer service within a clinical environment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a phlebotomy certification or pertinent experience in the healthcare field. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems are advantageous.
