Job description
As the main technical point of contact for key customers, you will facilitate product adoption and deliver on-site technical assistance. Work closely with engineering and sales departments to convert customer needs into product improvements and suggestions for the development roadmap. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Field Applications Engineering, Optical Networking, or Silicon Photonics is necessary. A bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline is mandatory.
