Job description
The counselor is responsible for a comprehensive array of clinical responsibilities, which encompass evaluating clients, leading both individual and group therapy sessions, and creating tailored treatment plans. Additionally, they will oversee client cases, track their progress, and perform administrative duties, including front desk support and maintaining accurate records. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a related discipline and a valid clinical license from Connecticut, such as LCSW, LPC, LADC, or LMFT. For certain positions, an associate-level license will also be considered.
