Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and coordinate the physical therapy services in a clinic setting, focusing on the assessment and treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries. The individual will be responsible for managing various aspects of clinical practice and promoting the growth of therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage physical therapy services within the clinic.
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
- Oversee caseloads and facilitate program development.
- Support the growth of therapy services offered in the clinic.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective performance monitoring.
- Analyze financial metrics to maintain service sustainability.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information is upheld.
- Aim for high-quality, cost-effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Qualifications
- A valid Texas Physical Therapy License is essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds is required.
