Job Summary
The role involves delivering top-notch outpatient orthopedic services, focusing on personalized treatment strategies and monitoring patient outcomes. The individual will be responsible for managing a personal caseload while actively engaging in mentorship and collaborative case discussions with other clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized outpatient orthopedic care tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Track functional outcomes to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Manage and oversee a personal caseload of patients.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians through mentorship opportunities and case discussions.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Holder of a valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective patient-centered care.
