Job description
Create personalized, evidence-informed care strategies for patients, focusing on providing superior, outcome-focused therapy. Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team setting to foster enduring relationships with patients and community health providers. Applicants must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, such as a DPT, MPT, or a comparable qualification. An active or upcoming Kentucky Physical Therapist license is necessary.
