Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop personalized care plans based on individual patient needs and evidence-based practices.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduates from an accredited Physical Therapy program holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Possession of an active Texas Physical Therapist license or the eligibility to obtain one.
