Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for designing and overseeing rehabilitation treatment programs aimed at improving patient functionality and independence. This role involves evaluating patients, executing tailored treatment strategies, and ensuring comprehensive patient care documentation in line with established hospital standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for rehabilitation.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient care in adherence to hospital guidelines.
- Administer physical therapy techniques to enhance patient recovery and well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in the State of Michigan.
- Current CPR certification.
