The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist in developing patient care plans, performing therapeutic exercises, and documenting clinical progress. They will also coordinate with the physical therapist and nursing staff to ensure effective patient discharge and family education. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a current Florida license with BLS certification. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are required, with home healthcare experience preferred.
